Terms of Service

Effective date: September 9, 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Eazier is a content marketing platform operated by Daena Technologies Inc ("Eazier," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Eazier website, application, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Eazier on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and "you" means that business.

2. What the Service does

Eazier analyzes your website and other publicly available information about your business, builds a brand profile, generates marketing content (such as social media posts, blog articles, and business profile updates) using artificial intelligence, and, with your authorization, schedules and publishes that content to accounts you connect. Eazier also tracks search-related data, such as keyword rankings, and reports on content performance.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your information accurate and your password secure, and tell us promptly at support@eazier.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Website analysis and claimed plans

You may run a free analysis of a publicly accessible website. Analysis reads only publicly visible pages. You may analyze a website you do not own (for example, for competitive research), but you may only claim a content plan, connect accounts, and publish content for a business you own or are authorized to represent. We may cache analysis results for a period of time and may limit how often a given website can be analyzed.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain all rights to your website, brand materials, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to access, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service, including sending it to the AI and data providers described in Section 10. As between you and Eazier, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the content the Service generates for your business once it is delivered to your account. Because AI systems can produce similar outputs for different users, we cannot guarantee generated content is unique, and you may not assert rights in generated content against other Eazier customers whose content was independently generated.

6. AI-generated content and your responsibility to review

Generated content is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, outdated information, or statements that do not fit your business. The Service is built around your review: you can read, edit, swap, and approve content before it publishes. You are responsible for the content you approve and publish, including its accuracy and its compliance with laws that apply to your business and industry (for example, advertising, health, financial, or professional-services rules). Eazier does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Publishing and connected accounts

When you connect a social media or publishing account, you authorize Eazier to publish content to that account on your behalf, according to your approvals, schedule, and Autopilot settings. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you connect (such as Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google, and WordPress). We are not responsible for actions those platforms take on your accounts, including rate limits, content removal, or suspensions. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which stops future publishing to it.

8. Plans, trials, and billing

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful; not to misrepresent your identity or authority over a business or account; not to probe, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service; not to scrape the Service or resell it without our written agreement; and not to use the Service to send spam or violate the rules of connected platforms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

10. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers, including AI model providers, search-data providers, a social publishing provider, a payment processor, and cloud hosting. Their availability affects ours, and we are not liable for their outages or changes. Payment information is handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

11. Eazier's intellectual property

The Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Eazier and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as intended. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that generated content will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, or that using Eazier will produce any particular business outcome. In particular, search rankings, AI-search visibility, reach, and engagement depend on factors outside our control, and we make no guarantee of specific results. Some features may be labeled beta and may change or be withdrawn.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eazier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 100 US dollars if you have paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Eazier against claims arising from content you approve or publish through the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of a third party's rights or a connected platform's terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 16) survive termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Monterey County, California, and both parties consent to that venue.

17. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We are improving Eazier continuously and may change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; if a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
