Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 9, 2026
1. Overview
This policy explains what information Daena Technologies Inc ("Eazier," "we," "us") collects when you use the Eazier website and application, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to analyze your website, generate and publish your content, bill you, and report results to you. We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information you provide
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed), or your Google account profile if you sign in with Google.
- Business and brand information: your website address, brand settings such as voice and audience preferences, and any edits you make to generated content.
- Connected accounts: when you link a social or publishing account, we receive the authorization tokens and basic profile information needed to publish on your behalf. We never see or store those accounts' passwords.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, billing status, and the last digits and brand of your card, never the full card number.
- Communications: messages you send us, such as support emails.
3. Information we collect from your website and public sources
To build your brand profile and content, we crawl publicly visible pages of the website you submit and may gather related public data, such as search-keyword volumes and search-result positions for terms relevant to your business. We read only publicly available pages.
4. Website analysis before you create an account
You can analyze a website without signing up. When you do, we store the analysis keyed to the website's domain, along with a session token in your browser so you can return to your results, and we may serve the same cached analysis to others who submit the same domain within about 30 days. Anonymous analyses are not linked to your identity unless you create an account and claim them.
5. Information collected automatically
Like most services, we collect log and device data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) and use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect against abuse, and understand product usage. See Section 11 for cookie choices.
6. How we use information
- To provide the Service: analyzing your site, generating content, scheduling and publishing to your connected accounts, and tracking rankings and performance.
- To send service emails, including your weekly Growth Report, receipts, and important account notices.
- To bill you and manage subscriptions and trials.
- To support you, secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce limits.
- To improve Eazier, using aggregated or de-identified usage information where practical.
- With your consent where required, to send product and marketing updates, which you can opt out of at any time.
7. AI processing and service providers
Eazier is built on trusted service providers that process data on our behalf, under agreements that limit their use of it to providing services to us:
| Provider | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Anthropic | AI analysis of your website content and generation of your written content |
| OpenAI | Generation of images that accompany your posts |
| DataForSEO | Search keyword and ranking data |
| Ayrshare | Publishing to your connected social and web platforms |
| Stripe | Payments and subscription billing |
| Amazon Web Services, Vercel, IDrive e2 | Cloud hosting, application delivery, and media storage |
| Optional sign-in with your Google account | |
| Amazon Web Services (SES) | Sending account and report emails |
| Sentry | Error monitoring for the application, with personal data scrubbed |
Content and brand information sent to AI providers is used to generate your outputs. We do not permit our AI providers to use your data to train their models under the API terms we operate on.
8. When we share information
We share information with the service providers above; with the platforms you explicitly connect (what we publish there is what you approved); when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply until changed. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. Anonymous analyses are cached for about 30 days. Free-account content that is never activated may be archived after about 90 days. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except what we must keep for legal, billing, or security purposes.
10. Your rights and choices
You can access and update account information in settings, disconnect platforms at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@eazier.app. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, you may also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; where we process your data, we do so to perform our contract with you, with your consent, or for legitimate interests such as securing and improving the Service.
11. Email and cookie choices
Transactional emails (receipts, security notices, and reports you have turned on, like the Growth Report) are part of the Service. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link. Essential cookies are required for sign-in and security; you can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
12. Security
We use industry-standard measures: encryption in transit, hashed passwords, restricted access to production systems, and payment handling by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
13. Children
Eazier is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
14. International users
Eazier is operated from the United States and information is processed on servers in the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information is transferred to and processed in the US.
15. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Service evolves; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Questions or requests: support@eazier.app, or write to Daena Technologies Inc, 26362 Carmel Rancho Lane #212, Carmel, CA 93923.
